After a week in the hospital with my 5 year old, I am excited to get back to our regular routine. We have eaten more processed food the last couple of weeks than I am willing to admit.

Wednesday - Rotisserie Chicken in the CrockPot
Thursday - Pancakes, Bacon and Fruit
Friday - Coconut Chicken with Apricot Sauce
Saturday - Spaghetti
Sunday - Leftover Buffet
