Printable Coupons: Silk, So Delicious, Cuties and More

While we all prefer food fresh from the farm, sometimes it’s just not possible.  Sometimes we have to purchase compromise foods.  When that happens, it’s nice to save a buck or two.  Here are some printable coupons to help you save some green.

Please note:  These are not necessarily “allergy-friendly”.  Just as each of us are in our own place on our real food journey, we each have our unique allergens.  Please read labels carefully.

Special thanks to Renaissance Mama for compiling most of the list!

  1. I’m there with the Welches coupon!

  2. Jessica says:

Are you serious, canned chicken? That does not abide with a blog titled “Real Food.”

    • Nancy says:

      Jessica,

I appreciate your opinion. First of all, you’re right. Canned chicken is not the best choice nutritionally and honestly, not very tasty. I cannot remember the last time I have eaten any. However, I have purchased some to keep in my basement for emergencies. Here lies a problem when one tries to compile a list of what I call compromise foods. Much of it is a matter of relativity. When compared to Cheetos and coke, I’d much rather you feed my kids canned chicken. I prefer fresh fruit to juice, but if the choice is between soda and juice, juice please.
