“Eggnog” French Toast

Have you seen that So Delicious has a new egg-free nog flavoured coconut milk ?  I had the crazy idea that it would make awesome french toast.  Boy, was I right!

Eggnog French Toast


  • 6-8 slices of Allergy-friendly Bread
  • 2/3 cup So Delicious Nog Flavoured Coconut Milk
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Coconut Oil


  1. In a medium size bowl, combine coconut milk and cinnamon.
  2. Submerge bread, one slice at a time, in coconut milk.
  3. Melt coconut oil in a cast iron pan on medium low heat.
  4. Fry bread until golden brown on both sides, flipping as needed.
  5. Serve with real maple syrup.
